The course looks at mental health, wellbeing and how this impacts our own lives and those of our children.
Its informal and interactive, so a great safe space for parents and carers.

Starts Tuesday 6th March 12.30 - 2.30pm for 5 weeks, and parents/carers are welcome to bring young children
