ONS have published the latest results from our surveys on COVID-19 infections, and business and social impacts of the virus.
Some of the main points include:

The decrease in the number of people in England testing positive for the COVID-19 has levelled off

An average of 51,000 people in the community in England had COVID-19 between 8 and 21 June 2020, an increase from an average of 28,000 in the previous period (25 May to 7 June 2020)

There has been a shift from remote working to travelling to work, with 44% of working adults in Great Britain having travelled to work in the past seven days (an increase from 41% the previous week)

Of businesses continuing to trade, 64% reported that their turnover had decreased below what is normally expected for this time of year (1 to 14 June 2020), and 43% said that capital expenditure had stopped or was lower than normalĀ
