Women are more likely than men to leave their job over a long commute

Analysis by Office for National Statistics shows that women – as the main providers of childcare and unpaid work – are more likely than men to leave their job because of a long commute.

Meanwhile, men place more emphasis on pay when deciding whether to leave their job.
