What good perinatal mental health support looks like...

Support can be wide ranging from advice and help from health care professionals, medication, therapy and safe peer support to name a few.

So if you are struggling with your mental health please talk to your midwife, Health visitor or GP. For some women increased monitoring and support is required, for some women medication may be required, for some women talking therapies can be helpful, for some women it is a combination of these required to help them recover.
