Wirral’s Local Plan: New Evidence Base Documents consultation

A new Local Plan is being prepared to shape the future of the borough for the next 15-year period. The Council is currently preparing the final draft for publication later in the year.
Wirral Council is now consulting on a draft Employment Land and Premises Study, prepared to support the emerging Local Plan.
The deadline for comments to be received is 5pm on Wednesday 31 March 2021.
The draft study is available to view in the following ways:

The easiest way to submit comments is through the Council’s online consultation portal.

You will need to be registered for an account in order to make comments on any of the documents.

Please be aware that all comments received will be made publicly available and will be published on the Council's online consultation portal.

Personal details will be protected although it may be necessary to disclose these to a Planning Inspector, appointed by the Secretary of State, at a later date.
