Wirral PNA 2022 - 2025 Public Consultation
Review of draft Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment – have your say!
Wirral’s Health & Wellbeing Board has undertaken a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), which is a legal, comprehensive, assessment of the current and future needs of local people for community pharmacy services.
There is a legal requirement for the Wirral Health and Wellbeing Board to publish an updated PNA on or before the 30th September 2022.
The PNA is used to inform commissioning decisions by local authorities, NHS England and new Integrated Care Systems (formerly local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs)).
As part of the statutory requirement to consult for a minimum period of 60 days, we would welcome your feedback on the draft 2022/2025 PNA report.
The survey opens on Tuesday 5th April 2022 and the closing day, date and time to submit your responses is 5.00pm on Friday 10th June 2022 (over 60 days).
From Tuesday 5th June a full paper copy of the draft PNA, and paper versions of the survey, can be accessed from the following locations:
- Birkenhead Central Library, (during normal opening hours)
- Bebington Civic Centre Library (during normal opening hours)
- Wallasey Central Library (during normal opening hours)
- West Kirby Concourse Library (during normal opening hours)
Just call in and ask to see the PNA Folder - there are a couple of paper surveys with these printed draft PNAs - that you will need to post back to us - but you can access online survey either at home or from the library.
