Wirral PNA 2022 - 2025 Public Survey (November 2021)

Help shape the future of pharmacy services in Wirral – have your say!

Wirral’s Health & Wellbeing Board is undertaking a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), which is a legal, comprehensive, assessment of the current and future needs of local people for community pharmacy services.

There is a legal requirement for the Wirral Health and Wellbeing Board to publish an updated PNA before the 30th September 2022.

The PNA is used to inform commissioning decisions by local authorities, NHS England and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).

As part of the statutory requirement to consult with public, we would welcome your feedback by completing a questionnaire seeking your views on amongst other things:

  • the services and location of pharmacies,

  • and the frequency with which Wirral people make use of them.

  • the survey also asks residents how they normally get to their chosen pharmacy and

  • what is their most important consideration when choosing one

The public survey opens on Monday 1st November 2022 and closes on Tuesday 30th November which allows you to submit your views on local pharmacy services.
